JESSICA WATSON
HEAD COACHHey, I’m Coach Jessica! This is my 10th season with the Coaldale Figure Skating Club, and I’m very excited to be leading the coaching team once again. I began skating in Lethbridge when I was 6 years old and spent many years testing and competing, both individually and as a synchronized skater. In 2016, I achieved my Triple Gold testing status and went on to pursue coaching full-time. I’m now a Provincially Trained Coach with over a decade of experience teaching, working in sport administration, and serving on boards in various skating organizations across Southern Alberta. Along with coaching, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing card games, and being with my family & friends. Here’s to another great skating season!
RAELEAN MELI
ASSISTANT COACHHey, I’m Coach Raelean! This is my 2nd season with the Coaldale Figure Skating Club, and I’m very excited to be a part of this coaching team this season. For as long as I can remember, I have loved skating. I have previously skated with the Lethbridge Figure Skating Club and competed in my younger years. Now, I enjoy helping people of all ages cultivate their skills and love for the sport. Looking forward to this season with CFSC!
SIERRA ENNS
ASSISTANT COACHHi, I am Coach Sierra and have been skating with Coaldale since I was 9. I will be coaching CanSkate and Junior StarSkate this fall and look forward to seeing all of you on the ice. I will be starting my second year at the University taking kinesiology here in Lethbridge. I love spending time with the kiddos and getting to know them through the time we spend together.
ALEX LEDIEU
DRYLAND COACHShe is currently enrolled at Lethbridge Polytechnic taking her Recreational Therapist program this fall. Alex has grown up in a hockey family so knows how to skate, but has not tried figure skating. She is a huge volunteer in her community and brings with her a vast knowledge and experience of organized sports through referring, coaching and playing even though she is fresh out of High School.
AVERY ALLEN
ASSISTANT COACHMy name is Avery Allen and this is my second year coaching with the Coaldale Figure Skating Club. I am working towards completing my CanSkate coaching certification this season. I have been skating with the club for 9 years and I am currently in the Sr. Star skate program working on my Star 5 & 6. I’m looking forward to watching the skaters improve and have fun this season!
